摘    要:对废氯气吸收系统进行了自动化改造:在碱液泵出口回流管线安装ORP计及电导率仪,在线分析碱液中有效氯和碱液浓度变化;一级循环槽切换运行采用自动控制模式;引风机与其进口之间设置连锁,并采用变频器自动调节系统压力.改造后,达到了安全生产的目的.

Abstract:Improvements were performed on waste chlorine gas absorption system to realize automatic control. The improvements included installing an ORP meter and a conductivity meter on the backflow pipe at caustic soda solution pump outlet, on-line measuring the variation of effective chlorine concentra- tion and caustic soda concentration of caustic soda solution, adopting automatic control mode for primary circulation tank switching, interlocking draugh matically regulate pressure of the system. The t fan and its inlet, and using a frequency converter to auto- improvements reached the aim of safe production.
