| 摘 要： | 针对新型三维永磁电机低速大力矩、变频调速等特性以及检测系统智能化、自动化等要求，以PC机为主控单元，采用了NI公司的PCI-6221数据采集卡和闭环霍尔电流、电压传感器，以LabVIEW为软件开发平台，设计和实现了新型三维永磁电机检测系统；并提出了基于虚拟仪器的小波分析策略，实现了对电压、电流、拉力的实时精确检测和故障分析。试验结果表明，该系统能对新型三维永磁电机进行准确的实时检测。
