| 摘 要： | 软件过程改进是近年来颇受关注的一个问题领域。本文在分析并提取软件开发过程的典型特征之后,介绍了一个基于过程控制的软件质量保障平台的设计结构。该平台以CMM为指导思想,支持管理者对项目开发进行计划、跟踪、协调、检查、控制等各项管理工作。
