精密直线移动滚珠导轨承载性能的有限元分析

摘    要:对精密直线移动滚珠导轨传动的承载性能进行了研究分析,采用弹性力学有限元方法计算该机构的刚度、接触强度及对负载停位振动特性进行了模拟分析。首先建立了该机构承载特性分析的数学模型,再通过具体的有限元计算分析探明该机构的承载特性。通过与传统的赫兹理论计算结果和实测数据进行比较,验证了本方法的有效性。研究完成了该机构分析的计算机辅助分析软件,提出采用刚性预压法提高该机构运行精度和承载性能的方法。

Abstract:Load-bearing specific performance of the precision linear motion guide mechanism is discussed by using finite element analysis,especially focusing on the rigidity,the contact strength and the vibration characteristics in the mechanism.A mathematical model of the linear motion guide mechanism load-bearing performance is firstly established.And then,the load-bearing performance of the mechanism is proved up by numerical analyzing.The effect of this method has been proved by comparing experimental data and data with hertz theory.The computer assistant analysis software of this mechanism has been completed.It is discovered that load-bearing performance may be substantively improved by using the rigidity preloading method.
