摘    要:本文选用亚硝酸钠、无水硫酸钠、三乙醇胺和聚羧酸减水剂为新型高效复合早强剂的掺料,应用正交实验方法设计实验,从而配置新型高效复合早强剂。实验结果表明,在标准养护条件下,该新型高效复合早强剂可以使得使得水泥试件的1 d强度提高到150%,3 d、7 d、28 d的强度并没有降低;同时,在此基础上,研究该新型高效复合早强剂对复掺矿渣以及粉煤灰水泥强度的影响,结果表明,与不掺粉煤灰以及矿渣的水泥试块相比,当水泥试块的粉煤灰或矿渣的掺量为10%时,该新型高效复合早强剂可以适当的提高胶凝体系的早期强度;但是,当水泥试块的粉煤灰、矿渣掺量为20%及以上时,胶凝体系与空白组相比,抗压强度降低。

Abstract:Using orthogonal experimental design method, this paper studies the optimum ratio of new type composite early strength accelerator which includes sodium nitrite, anhydrous sodium sulfate, triethanolamine and polycarboxylate superplasticizer. It is shown in the experimental result that the early strength of cement specimen is dramatically improved after mixing with this additive. Comparing with the control group, the compressive strength of 1d can reach up to 150% with no following strength reduction under the standard curing condition. Then the influence of this additive to cement containing fly ash or ground granulated blast-furnace slag was explored, and the results show that when the mixing amount of fly ash or slag is 10% and the amount of the early strength accelerator remains the same, comparing with the ordinary Portland cement, the early strength of the cementitious system will be improved by the new type composite early strength accelerator. It had to be mentioned, when the amount of mixture is equal to or greater than 20%, the compressive strength of the cementitious system reduces in contrast with the control group.
