| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了城市生产安全事故应急管理的内涵，分析了我国城市生产安全事故应急管理工作存在的问题，建立了城市生产安全事故应急管理能力评价指标体系-系统地介绍了模糊综合评价具体方法，建立了城市生产安全事故应急管理能力模糊综合评价模型，为城市的生产安全事故应急体系建设提供决策依据．

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the intension of the city production security accident emergency supervise, analyzes the existing problems of the emergency supervision in China, and builds up a correlating evaluation index system. Then details of the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation theory are stated, and a city production security accident emergency supervisory capability＇ s Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation model is established. |
