汽车传动轴振动的仿真计算及优化

摘    要:考察汽车传动轴振动特性的指标为1阶约束模态的频率。由此,某商用车传动轴在设计阶段进行模态仿真分析,虽然满足了设计要求,但在整车验证阶段却出现共振,产生了车内共鸣音。针对该问题,改进传动轴模态分析方法,并对传动轴结构进行优化设计,消除共振模态。通过主观评价和噪声测试证实效果良好。

Abstract:Vibration of an automobile transmission shaft is simulated by means of CAE method. It is found that the firstvibration mode can meet the design requirement, but resonance problem occurs in the full vehicle testing. Then, the CAEmethod is improved, and the structure is optimized so that the resonant mode can be removed. According to the results of thetest and the subjective evaluation, a favorite effect is reached.
