谐波齿轮传动柔轮的应力和疲劳强度分析

摘    要:柔轮的工作应力和寿命决定了整个谐波减速机的传动性能,对柔轮的应力和疲劳强度的研究,有利于提高谐波传动精度和柔轮使用寿命。从理论的角度计算了某型号谐波齿轮减速机的杯型柔轮空载下的应力峰值和负载时柔轮的疲劳安全系数,利用Inventor建模和ANSYS Worbench仿真软件验证了计算结果的可靠性,得到了柔轮最大等效应力和变形随负载变化的规律。结果表明:柔轮最大变形量在柔轮长轴和短轴区域;柔轮最大等效应力在齿圈部分,齿圈与筒体过渡部分和凸缘与筒体的过渡部分;扭矩的增大对柔轮最大位移影响较小,而最大应力随负载的增大而增大;柔轮最佳工作段为负载小于100 N。基于上述静力学分析,在仿真软件中输入柔轮材料的S-N曲线可以得到柔轮在不同负载下的寿命云图和安全系数云图,可以确定该柔轮在受到110 N左右的扭矩时易发生疲劳断裂。

Abstract:The working stress and life of the flexible wheel determine the transmission performance of the whole harmonic reducer.The research on the stress distribution and fatigue strength of the flexible wheel is conducive to improving the accuracy of harmonic transmission and the service life of the flexible wheel.The peak stress and the fatigue safety factor of the cup type flexible wheel of a harmonic gear reducer under no load are calculated theoretically.The accuracy of the calculation results is verified by Inventor modeling and ANSYS Workbench simulation software,and the law of the maximum equivalent force and deformation of the flexible wheel changing with the load is obtained.The results show that the maximum deformation of the flexible wheel is in the long and short axis area.The maximum equivalent stress of the flexible wheel is in the transition part between the ring gear and the cylinder and the transition part between the flange and the cylinder.The increase of the torque has little effect on the maximum displacement of the flexible wheel,and the maximum stress increases with the increase of the load,and the optimal working section of the flexible wheel is the load less than 100 N.By inputting S-N curve of flexible wheel material,the cloud chart and change curve chart of safety coefficient of flexible wheel under different loads are obtained,which can confirm that the flexible wheel is prone to fatigue fracture when it is subjected to a torque about 110 N.
