均布冲击荷载作用下金属方板的变形与起裂研究

摘    要:
基于接触爆炸荷载作用下的金属薄板试验,利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,分析均布冲击荷载作用下固支方板和单向支承方板的动力响应过程、最终变形、起裂和耗能。结果表明,边界条件对方板的动力响应和起裂有重要影响:固支方板的起裂位置为边界中点,而单向支承方板的起裂位置为角点附近;单向支承板边界产生较大的面内位移,在相同荷载作用下,其最终中心挠度、动力响应时间和变形耗能均比固支板大;单向支承方板的起裂冲量比固支方板可提高50%以上。
