| 摘 要： | 针对商务智能企业对综合型人才需求的日益增长,在分析"T型"人才特点的基础之上,阐述如何有效地培养"T型"人才,以及如何有效地解决"T型"人才培养过程中面临的问题,结合商务智能课程本身具有的涉及领域广、能力要求多样的特点,探讨如何更好地将商务课程的教学与"T型"人才的培养结合起来。

| Abstract: | In accordance with growing requirements of comprehensive talent in the business intelligence field,this paper explains how to effectively train T-typed talent,and how to solve the problems faced with by most universities on the basis of analyzing the features of T-typed talent.In terms of the interdisciplinary characteristics of the business intelligence course,how to better integrate teaching of the business intelligence course into T-typed talent training is also discussed in depth in this paper. |
