载重汽车车架强度分析与试验研究

在对载重汽车车架强度计算、试验基础上，进行了车架应力分析，并就作用于车架的载荷形式、载荷位置的变化以及考虑与不考虑货厢对车架强度的影响问题进行了研究，计算与试验结果吻合，为车架节材研究奠定了基础。

STUDY ON STRENGTH TEST AND CALCULATION FOR VEHICLE FRAME

According to calculation and measurement of vehicle frame strength, design method for vehicle frame is given. The contribution of vehicle body on the strength of the frame was analysed. When the upper frame is acted on by concentrated force or its stiffness is obviously smaller than the lower frame, the computation and test show that the interation force between cargo body and frame of vehicle is transfered in the form of concentrated force. The strength condition on vehicle frame is changing when the loads are applied in different ways, and change of load position on frame affects obviously on strength of frame. Calculated result is conincident to the test one. It laies the foundation for save of the frame materials.
