低温感硝胺发射药混合装药的应用研究

摘    要:从低温感发射药的基本原理出发 ,对低温感硝胺发射药在中大口径火炮上的应用试验进行了分析研究 .通过对硝胺发射药燃烧特性的测试 ,发现硝胺发射药的燃速压力曲线几乎是一条直线 ;由落锤冲击实验 ,认为硝胺发射药的低温力学性能还需进一步改善 ;根据弹道试验所得到的低温感硝胺发射药的初速和膛压结果 ,以及对试验火炮的烧蚀结果 ,证明了低温感硝胺发射药可作为中大口径火炮装药的可行性

Abstract:Accroding to the principle of low temperature sensitivity charge(LTSC), the application test of LTSC of nitramine propellant in the large middle caliber gun was analysed. By the test of the burning characteristic of nitramine propellant, it was found that sent the pressure and burning rate curve varied almost linearly. At the same time, the low temperature mechanics performances of the nitramine propellant with the drop hammer hit method, showed that the low temperature mechanics performance of the nitramine propellant needed improvement. At last, accroding to the interior ballistic results of velocity and most chamber pressure by use of LTSC of nitramine propellant and the results of gun ablation. It is proved that the applicasion of LTSC of nitramine propellant in large middle caliber gun is feasible.
