摘    要:针对现有圆球法测定松散材料导线系数模拟仪器测试系统的不足,本文作者研制了一种嵌入式测控系统。本系统采用嵌入式实时智能数控方式以及多测点平均温度法,可使测试结果更具试料球面的真实温度,测试结果离散度亦大大减小。系统还配置了球壳密封监测系统,可及时发现泄漏,及时排除,避免误测,减少重复劳动。该系统经试用具有良好的试验效果,且测试精度高,重复性好,价格低廉,操作简单。

Abstract:Measuring heat conduction coefficient with spherical method is a main part in pyrology testing.The system is developed using the mode of embedded real-time intelligent number control and the method of average temperature of multi-spots,which makes the tested results reflect the real temperature of the material and largely reduces the degree of dispersion.In addition,the system has a function of leak-free inspection.At last,the system is verified by experiments,and the results show that many advantages,such as high precision,nice repetition,low price and simple operation,are attained.
