钢骨架PE管在长山盐矿输卤工程中的应用前景研究

摘    要:通过对钢骨架PE管的连接形式、主要压力等级,非金属材料管道主要种类、特性,以及在卤水输送中的适用性等,进行了详细地介绍,并对钢骨架塑料复合管与金属管道和纯PE管的综合性能进行了全方位的比较,并且根据非金属管道在长山盐矿实验性应用效果评价,开展了钢骨架PE管在输卤工程中的应用前景的可行性研究。

Abstract:This paper introduces the connection type of steel-frame PE pipes and the main pressure ratings,characteristics and the applicability in brine transportation of non-metallic pipes in detail.And the performances of steel-frame plastic composite pipes,metal pipes and pure PE pipes are compared comprehensively.According to the evaluation of experimental application of the non-metallic pipes in Changshan salt mine,the feasibility study of the application prospect of steel-frame PE pipes in brine transportation engineering is carried out.
