| Abstract: | Weak polarity solvent aliphatic polyurethanes without DMF were synthesized with polyester （PBA） as soft segment, isophorone diisocyaneat （ IPDI）, 1,4-butanediol and isophorondiamine （IPDA） as hard segents. The effects of soft segment content, reaction temperature, the effect of nNco/noH on product viscosity and mechanical property were investigated. The results indicated that, when the soft segment content between 40% - 70%, the chain extend reaction temperature below 30℃ and the nNco/noH between 1.6 - 2. 0, the reaction process was stable and the weak polarity solvent aliphatic polyurethanes had better properties. |
