高取向钛酸铋陶瓷铁电和介电性能研究

摘    要:采用改进的固相烧结法,制备出具有高c轴取向的Bi4Ti3O12铁电陶瓷样品,从对样品的铁电、介电测量中可以看出,样品的取向性对样品的铁电性能(剩余极化、矫顽场)、漏电流、介电性能等都产生了影响。

Abstract:Bi4Ti3O12 (BTO) ceramics were prepared by improved solid-state reaction method. X - ray diffraction pattern shows that the samples with pure perovskite structure were high c - axis orientated. The ferroelectricity (remnant polarization and coercive field), leakage current, and dielectricity were affected by the orientation.
