“两堵一注”带压封孔工艺在龙门峡南煤矿的研究与应用

为了解决龙门峡南煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度低、衰减速度快等问题,采用了“两堵一注”带压封孔新工艺取代矿井传统水泥浆液封孔工艺,并根据矿井实际情况对新工艺进行了改良升级。通过现场试验,将两种封孔工艺的瓦斯抽采效果进行对比,结果表明:“两堵一注”带压封孔工艺具有较好的封孔效果,顺层钻孔单孔瓦斯抽采浓度较矿井传统封孔提高约25%,穿层钻孔层单孔瓦斯抽采浓度提高约10%,并在一定程度上减慢了瓦斯抽采浓度的衰减速率,有效提高了矿井瓦斯抽采能力。

Research and application of"double-sealing and single-grouting"hole sealing technique with pressure in Longmen Gorge South Coal Mine

In order to solve the problems of gas extraction hole such as low gas extraction concentration and quick attenuationin Longmen Gorge South Coal Mine,the new technique of"double-sealing and single-grouting"hole sealing with pressure was proposed instead of traditional cement slurry hole sealing technology,and according to the actual conditions of the mine,the new technique was improved.The experimental test and comparison results of the two hole sealing technique showed that the"double-sealing and single-grouting"hole sealing technique had good effect,the gas extraction concentration of single bedding hole and crossing hole were about 25%and 10%respectively higher than that of the traditional sealing hole,and the attenuation of the gas extraction concentration was slowed down to some degree,which improved effectively the gas extraction capacity of the mine.
