摘    要:为研究复合顶板条件下采煤面巷道切顶卸压控制技术,以南梁矿30104采煤面回风巷为研究背景,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测的方式,对巷道围岩控制情况进行了探究。研究结果显示:切顶卸压沿空成巷方式能够有效解决复合顶板沿空留巷的问题,通过不同切顶参数的数值模拟,确定最优切顶高度为7 m,最优切顶角度为15°,巷道采用“锚杆索+恒阻锚索”支护方式。现场实测结果表明,30104回风巷顶底板移近量稳定在210 mm,巷帮位移维持在180 mm,恒阻锚索受力维持在35 kN,切顶卸压方式对巷道的控制效果显著。

Abstract:In order to study the control technology of pressure release by roof cutting in working face roadway with compound roof condition,taking a return airway of 30104 working face of Nanliang Mine as the research background,and the roadway surrounding rock control was studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement.The results showed that the method of pressure release by roof cutting along gob could effectively solve the gob-side entry retaining problem with composite roof.Through numerical simulation with different roof-cutting parameters,it was concluded that the optimum height of roof-cutting was 7 m,the optimum angle of roof-cutting was 15°,and the scheme of"anchors bolt+constant resistance cable"was adopted at the roadway.Field measurement showed that the roof-to-floor convergence of 30104 return airway was stable at 210 mm,the two-side displacement was stable at 180 mm,and the force of constant resistance cable was kept at 35 kN.The control effect of pressure release by roof cutting on the roadway was remarkable.
