| 摘 要： | 国内各油田大都采用内冲刀具冲除摩擦对焊修复钻杆时所产生的焊缝内飞边。这种冲除方法使得焊缝周围出现应力集中现象,并形成裂纹源,因而严重影响焊缝的质量。为确保钻杆在使用中的安全,笔者在较详细地说明了内冲法的弊病之后认为,采用机械加工的方法去除内飞边是更为合理的。

Discussion on the Removal of Fins from Weld Beads Inside the Repaired Drill Pipes |

| Abstract: | This paper shows that if the fins of weld beads inside the repaired drill pipes after friction-welding are removed by impact chipping, a method now adopted in some oil fields, stress concentration and crack origin will be induced and the pipes will be full of hidden dangers. The author thinks that the fins should be removed by machining. |
