摘    要:二硫化钼(MoS2)是常用的耐磨无机填料,在加入聚合物基体之前先通常进行表面改性而提高其在聚合物中的分散性和界面相容性.选用硅烷偶联剂(KH570)为改性剂,采用湿法改性工艺对MoS2粉体进行表面改性,通过MoS2粉体悬浮液的浊度、活化指数等性能分析,表明改性后的MoS2粉体疏水亲油性提高.FT-IR及XRD的结构表征表明改性后的MoS2晶体结构未发生改变,粉体粒子表面成功地被KH570包覆.

Abstract:MoS2 is a common inorganic and wearing resistance filler.In order to enhance the dispersity and interface compatibility of MoS2 in polymers,the MoS2 powders are often subjected to surface modification.In this paper,MoS2 powder was modified with the silane coupling agent KH570.The results of synthesis of NTU and activation data showed that the lipophilicity of modified MoS2 was improved.Furthermore,the results of FT-IR and XRD analyses indicated that the structure of modified MoS2 was not changed and its par...
