基于神经网络的数控机床可靠性预测的研究与实现

摘    要:
数控机床的生产厂家为了生存和发展的需要,对可靠性的预测也提出了迫切的要求。本文提出了基于人工神经网络的可靠性预测方法,建立了用于数控机床可靠性预测的三层BP神经网络模型,给出了具体的算法。通过实例证明该方法比传统的数学预测方法更准确和可靠。

Abstract:
For their the survial and development, many CNC plants advance the exigent requirements on reliability prediction of CNC machines, This paper puts forward the ways of reliability prediction based on artificial neural networks, builds the three layers BP neural networks model, and presents its arithmetic in detail. At last, it is proved that the predicted results using this way are much more precise and credible than the results getting by the tradition prediction means.
