钢铁制件热浸镀锌的锌耗分析与控制

摘    要:根据钢铁制件热浸镀锌的原理,分析了锌耗的4个途径:在工件表面上沉积,氧化,变成锌渣及操作过程中损失。提出了降低锌耗的有效措施,包括控制最佳的工艺参数,减少锌灰和锌渣的生成量,降低操作过程中的损失等。生产实践表明,实施上述措施后锌耗可降低5kg/t左右。

Abstract:Four causes of zinc consumption were analyzed based on the principle of hot-dip galvanizing on iron and steel,including the deposition of zinc on workpiece surface,oxidation,formation of zinc sludge and loss in operations. Some effective measures for reducing the consumption of zinc during hot-dip galvanizing were presented,such as controlling optimal process parameters,decreasing the amounts of zinc dust and sludge,and reducing the loss in operations. Production practices showed that the consumption of zinc is reduced by 5 kg/t after applying the above-mentioned measures.
