摘    要:
AspenFCC软件以21集总反应动力学模型为基础,结合进料和催化剂指纹库技术,是当前较为完善的催化裂化机理模型。以某炼厂一催化装置为例,利用该软件建立装置模型,并对该软件的应用进行分析。

Abstract:
Based on 21-lump kinetics,making use of the technology of feed and catalyst fingerprint AspenTech's AspenFCC software isused to simulate the industrial unit of FCCU.Using this model,we can simulate and optimize the unit,finding the bottleneck of the u-nit.This software can also be used to develop new catalyst and process.Model of a FCC unit is established using this software.The re-sult shows that this software can be used to simulate FCC unit of China correctly.
