摘    要:降水量、蒸发量、土壤蓄水量及雪冰的融水量是流域产流量预报模型的输入值,它们的观测精度和预见期直接决定着流域产流量的预报精度和预见期.论述了3S技术在流域降水量、蒸散发量、土壤蓄水量、雪冰融水量观测方法中的具体应用情况,分析了3S技术在应用过程中相对于传统方法的优势及其应用前景.

Abstract:Precipitation,evaporation,soil water storage and melt water are input values in the forecast model of watershed runoff yields,their observation accuracy and forecast period directly determine the forecast accuracy and forecast period.The application of 3S technology in the observation methods of precipitation,evaporation,soil water storage and melt water of watersheds are illustrated,and advantages and application prospect of 3S are analyzed in the application process comparing with the traditional method.
