| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the existing problems of the high vocational colleges. Based on the concept of the student’s career development, starting from cultivating design ability to mechanical innovation, it has researched into the innovation education model and mechanism from many aspects, such as,the creation ability system, teacher, teaching model,the curriculum system, practical base and management system. |
