| 摘 要： | 为了提高核桃机械破壳后壳仁分离效率,设计一种核桃壳仁混合物分级机,对分级机的结构及主要部件进行了阐述;通过正交试验,研究分析滚筒倾角、转速、加料速度对混级率、生产率的影响,优选确定了分级机较为合理的工作参数。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the separation efficiency of the walnut shell and kernel after that were been broken by machinery,we design a classifier for the mixture of the walnut shell and kernel,and described the structure and main components;through the orthogonal test,we analysis the effects of the roller angle,speed, feeding speed on mixed class rate and productivity,and optimization to determine the reasonable working pa-rameters of classifier. |
