汽轮机调速系统失稳原因分析与处理

摘    要:解决某N25-35-1型汽轮机调速系统长期失稳问题。通过对该汽轮机调速系统长期失稳现象进行分析、研究,发现机组润滑油油量过多,影响调速系统油量,是导致机组调速系统失稳的主要原因。通过重新分配、调整汽轮机润滑油油量,汽轮机调速系统运行稳定,在机组启动、升速、切换油泵、空载、并网和试带负荷阶段均能正常运行。

Abstract:The long time unstability of a N25-35-1 type steam turbine governing system is solved. Based on the analysis and study on the phenomenon of the long time unstability of the steam turbine governing system,it is found that too much generator lubricating oil which leads to the oil of governing system is the main reason of unstability of the steam turbine governing system. By redistributing and regulating the lubricating oil consumption of steam turbine,the steam turbine governing system is operating stably,and can keep normal operation at stages of generator startup,speedup,oil pump switching,no oad operation,rid connection and rial ith oad.
