复合绝缘子断裂机理分析及建议

摘    要:为了提高复合绝缘子生产及运行维护水平,深入分析复合绝缘子断裂机理。通过进行吸水性、渗水性及加速老化等多种试验,分析了一起500 kV线路复合绝缘子断裂原因。结果表明,该绝缘子断裂原因是其界面区域长期存在局部放电,加剧芯棒和护套的蚀损与老化所致。同时证明了对于微观界面质量差的复合绝缘子,水分会穿过其完好的硅橡胶护套材料进入存在缺陷的交界面,引发绝缘子老化。基于分析结果,提出在生产及运行维护中预防复合绝缘子断裂的建议。

Abstract:In order to improve the level of manufacture and operation maintenance of the composite insulator,the rupture mechanism of the composite insulator is deeply analyzed. The rupture reason of the composite insulator in a 500 kV transmission line is analyzed based on several tests such as water absorptivity test,water permeability test and accelerated aging test and so on. Results show that the rupture reason of the composite insulator is because of the long time partial discharge in its interface region which accelerated the corrosion damage and aging of the rod and the sheath. It is also proved that water will pass through the perfect silicon rubber sheath material of the composite insulator with low quality of the micro interface and enter the defect interface which will cause the aging of the insulator. Based on analysis results,suggestions on the prevention of composite insulator rupture during the process of manufacture and operation maintenance are proposed.
