小型煤矿低浓度瓦斯发电技术及应用效果研究

针对云南富源县辖区内大量小型煤矿抽采的低浓度瓦斯未开展有效利用的问题，以区内某小型煤矿为背景，采用现场调研、分析归纳、理论计算相结合的方法对其低浓度瓦斯发电项目展开分析研究。研究表明，某小型煤矿低浓度瓦斯发电项目成功的关键是“瓦斯治理先行”理念主导下的气源保障综合技术体系。在气源得以保障的基础上，该小型煤矿低浓度瓦斯发电项目已经持续高效运行4年，每年创造经济收益约403.2万元，减排CO2约4.47万t；同时促进了煤矿瓦斯治理工作有效落实，提高了煤矿安全生产水平，保障了煤矿产量的达标。

Research on low concentration gas power generation technology and application effect in small coal mine

Aiming at the problem that the low-concentration gas extracted from a large number of small coal mines in the area under the jurisdiction of Fuyuan County in Yunnan has not been effectively utilized,a small coal mine in the region is used as the background.This paper adopts a combination of field investigation,analysis and induction and theoretical calculations to analyze and study its low-concentration gas power generation project.Research shows that the key to the success of a small-scale coal mine low-concentration gas power generation project is a comprehensive technical system for gas source protection led by the concept of"gas management first".On the basis of ensuring the gas source,this small coal mine low-concentration gas power generation project has continued to operate efficiently for 4 years,generating economic benefits of about 4.032 million yuan each year and reducing CO2 by about 44700 tons;meanwhile,it has promoted the coal mine gas management work.Effective implementation has improved the safety production level of coal mines and ensured that the coal mine production standards were met.
