摘    要:采用真空感应和电渣重熔工艺成功冶炼GH2747合金管坯,经过热穿孔、两道次冷轧及固溶热处理研发出规格为25 mm×3 mm的无缝管,并对其进行了无损检验、水压试验、表面检验、尺寸检测、化学成分分析、组织及性能检验。结果表明,GH2747高温合金无缝管工艺可靠,表面质量及尺寸精度良好;其化学成分满足GB/T 14992-2005的规定,各元素含量适中;无缝管基体为奥氏体等轴晶粒,平均晶粒度约为5.5级;无缝管的拉伸性能及维氏硬度、工艺性能及耐晶间腐蚀性能良好。研发出的GH2747高温合金无缝管的各项性能均满足其使用要求。

Abstract:The GH2747 alloy tube billet was successfully smelted by vacuum induction and electroslag remelting process,and the 25 mm×3 mm seamless tube was manufactured by hot piercing,two pass cold rolling and solution heat treatment.The seamless tube was subjected to nondestructive examination,hydrostatic test,surface inspection,dimensional inspection,chemical composition analysis,microstructure and performance testing.The results show that the manufacturing process of the GH2747 superalloy seamless tube is reliable,its surface quality and dimensional accuracy are very good.The chemical composition of the alloy meets the requirements of GB/T 14992-2005,the content of each element is moderate.The seamless tube matrix is austenitic equiaxed crystal,the average grain size is about 5.5.The tensile properties and Vickers hardness,process performance and intergranular corrosion resistance of the seamless tube are very good.The performance indicators of the developed GH2747 superalloy seamless tube meet the application requirements.
