摘    要:针对矿井污废水处理不达标造成环境污染及水资源大量浪费等问题,根据环保部门要求及矿井实际情况,为提升矿井污水处理能力、加强矿井污废水处理工作的管理能力,安顺煤矿新设计建设了矿井污废水在线自动监控系统,该系统能够自动计量污水排放量,自动完成CDD、pH值、悬浮物、氨氮、流量等参数的在线监测,自动完成联网传输和分析处理,其性能达到国家对污染源治理设施监控系统的技术要求。研究表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,实现了矿井水水质的实时监测,确保了矿井污废水达标排放,有效实现了矿井的节能减排,为矿井水处理系统的正规化运转提供了重要参考依据。

Abstract:In view of environmental pollution and waste of water resources caused by unqualified treatment of mine waste water,according to requirements of environmental protection department and actual situation of the mine,in order to improve the mine sewage treatment capacity and strengthen management capacity of the mine sewage treatment work,Anshun Coal Mine has newly designed and built the mine sewage online automatic monitoring system,which can automatically measure sewage discharge,automatically complete online monitoring of CDD,pH,suspended matter,ammonia nitrogen,flow and other parameters,and automatically complete networking transmission,analysis and treatment,its performance met the technical requirements of national monitoring system for pollution source control facilities.The research showed that the system ran stably and reliably,realized the real-time monitoring of water quality of mine water,ensured standard discharge of the mine waste water,effectively realized energy conservation and emission reduction of the mine,and provided an important reference for normal operation of the mine water treatment system.
