纳米二氧化硅与SBR复合改性乳化沥青的性能研究

摘    要:用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对纳米二氧化硅与SBR复合改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物的热性能进行研究。结果表明,加入SBR乳液、纳米二氧化硅后样品的温度稳定性和耐高温性能均得到提高;其中SBR(质量分数0.03)加纳米二氧化硅(质量分数0.0005)复合改性效果最佳。纳米二氧化硅与SBR形成网状结构以及SBR在体系中吸附油分后的溶胀作用是沥青性能改善的主要原因。

Abstract:The thermal properties of evaporation residue of emulsion asphalt modified by nano-silica/SBR composite were investigated by DSC.The results showed that the thermal stability and resistance to elevated temperatures of the emulsion asphalt were improved when modified by nano-silica or SBR;the optimal modified composite was SBR(mass fraction 0.03)/nano-silica(mass fraction 0.000 5).The mainly reasons for the properties improvement of asphalt were the reticular construction of nano-silica/SBR and the swelling of the SBR after oil absorption in the system.
