超细粉碎槽型偏心圆盘搅拌器装置研究

摘    要:介绍了制备超细粉体的新技术,研制出槽型偏心圆盘搅拌器装置,试验结果表明,采用这种搅拌器装置,辅以适当的粉碎工艺,将碳化硅粉粉碎到1μm以下是较容易的。该搅拌器装置结构简单,能耗低,粉碎效率高,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:The new technology for superfine grinding preparation is introduced in this paper. The blender equipment of eccentric disk with groove is put forward. The experimental results show that the blender equipment can easily comminute SiC powder under 1μm by appropriate technology. This blender equipment has such advantages as simple structure, low energy consumption and high comminution efficieney, so this equipment is suitable for industrial production.
