基于Matlab的BP神经网络在大坝观测数据处理中的应用

摘    要:建立大坝观测数据处理的BP人工神经网络模型,用正交变换法来初步优化设计大坝变形分析的模型结构.运用Matlab工具箱函数建立网络模型,选择合适的训练函数,并采用正则化的算法以缩小网络的规模,改进BP算法提高学习速度和算法的可靠性.实例表明,基于Matlab的神经网络优化设计能比较有效地避免BP网络的固有缺陷,在精度和训练速度上得到提高.

Abstract:A BP artificial neural network model of data processing of dam safety monitoring is established; and an orthogonal transformation method is used to improve the model of data processing of dam safety monitoring. Applying Matlab function to build network model and select proper training function, we can reduce size of the network and improve learning speed and reliability of algorithm. The example shows that the BP artificial neural network superior design based on Matlab can more effectively avoid defect of the network , and get improvement in accuracy and training speed of the network.
