基于超弱发光技术的稻谷小麦种子发芽率检测

摘    要:对贮藏0~24个月的稻谷和小麦种子颗粒及去种胚后的胚乳粉进行了超弱发光分析。试验结果表明稻谷和小麦种子的发芽率与其超弱发光值随着贮藏时间的延长均表现出单调下降的趋势,而去种胚后的胚乳粉的超弱发光值随着贮藏时间的延长却没有发现显著的下降。这一结果表明,稻谷和小麦种子的超弱发光值随贮藏时间的变化主要取决于其发芽率(即种子活力)的变化。在此基础上,建立了贮藏期间稻谷和小麦的超弱发光值与其发芽率的关系模型,结果发现,贮藏期间稻谷和小麦的超弱发光值与其发芽率的关系存在差别,稻谷的超弱发光值与其发芽率的关系呈良好的非线性关系,而小麦的超弱发光值与其发芽率的关系呈良好的线性关系,所获得的关系模型可很好地通过稻谷和小麦的超弱发光值来预测其贮藏期间的发芽率(R值分别为0.993和0.998)。

Abstract:In this paper, ultraweak luminescence analysis was carried out on seed particles and endosperm power of rice and wheat after 0-24 month storage. The experimental results showed that the germination rate and the ultraweak luminescence values of rice and wheat were decreased with the increasing storage time. However, there was no significant decline for the ultraweak luminescence values of endosperm power of rice and wheat during the same storage time. This result suggested that, the change of ultraweak luminescence values of rice and wheat depended mainly on its germination rate. On this basis, models were established to express the relation between ultraweak luminescence value and germination rate during the storage. Results showed that, for rice and wheat, the relation between ultraweak luminescence values and its germination rate were different. The relation between ultraweak luminescence values and its germination rate of rice showed a good nonlinear relation, and that of wheat showed a good linear relation. The relationship models could well predict the germination rate through the ultraweak luminescence values during the storage.
