摘    要:研究了120组不同配合比的复合掺合料机制砂混凝土的强度发展情况。这些混凝土系采用Ⅲ级粉煤灰、矿渣和磷渣等工业废渣混合共磨所得低品质掺合料,以及机制砂和特细山砂按一定比例混合所得细骨料共同配制而成。研究表明,采用合适的水胶比、低品质复合掺合料和取代率,利用低品质掺合料和机制砂可以配制出满足施工和力学性能要求的C30~C60混凝土。

Abstract:The strength development of 120 groups of concretes sample with different proportions has been studied. These concretes are produced by low quality admixtures made from grinding together with class Ⅲ fly ash, slag and phosphorus slag, and blended fine aggregates mixed by manufactured sands and super fine pit sand in a certain proportion. The results show that concrete of grade C30~C60 can be produced using low quality admixtures and artificial-sand with appreciate water-binder ratio, admixture and replacement ratio.
