稀土氧化物对抗碱玻璃纤维耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:本文研究了La2O3、Y2O3等稀土氧化物对Na2O-SiO2-TiO2系统耐碱玻璃纤维耐碱性的影响,提出了稀土元素的引人使玻璃锆钛膜在碱溶液中更难溶解,并增强了对碱土金属离子的吸咐性,从而使玻璃表面结构更加致密,抑制了SiO2从玻璃中溶出,提高了玻璃的耐碱性。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of La_2O_3, Y_2O_3, etc. rare--earth metal oxides on the alkali--resist-ance of Na_2O--SiO_2ZrO_2--TiO_2 system glass fiber is studied. It is proposed that the introduction ofrare--earth metal elements made zirconium--titanium glass film more differcult to dissolve in alkalisoiution and increased the adsorption alkaline earth metal ions so that the glass surface structure be-come more compact to restrain the dissolve of SiO_2from the glass and thus improve the alkali resist-ance of the glass.
