Dimensions of effective interpersonal communications: Specifying behavioral components.

Examined the language patterns of 10 trainees in a communication skills program. Factor analysis, supported by a pre-post distribution comparison as well as analysis of variance, suggested that effective communication may be defined in terms of appropriately referred emotional expressiveness.
