| 摘 要： | 基于网络而实施教育的网络大学应具有什么样的组织形态？基于这种组织形态上的网络大学管理理念应是怎样的？本文针对上述问题，从计算机原理、网络原理、中国无为管理思想的视角加以阐述，给出自己的观点：网络大学的组织形态是网络分布自治的组织结构；网络大学的管理理念是协商、弹性、后台服务的无为管理。 |

Which idea should be the networking university based-on this organization pattern ?For these questions,this paper will discuss from the view of the computer principal,the network principal,the China TAO administrative thoughts and give the points.The organization pattern of networking university is net?self-control organization structure;The administrative idea of networking university is consultative?flexible?inaction(TAO)administration. |
