摘    要:针对目前国内顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量差,钻孔有效抽采期偏短的技术难题,提出了带压注浆封孔技术。阐述了带压注浆技术的基本原理,并对其配套材料的性能和设备进行了研究。该封孔技术在宣东二号煤矿开展了现场工业性试验。结果表明:带压注浆封孔技术能增加封孔深度,实现了封孔工艺由手工向机械的转换,提高了抽采钻孔的封孔质量,使瓦斯抽采平均浓度提高了40%左右,单孔平均多抽瓦斯量约1 036.8 m3。
