| 摘 要： | 从城市规划的角度出发,对现在城市中房价不断上涨的情况进行了分析,对由于房价而出现的一些城市问题进行了研究,提出了城市住宅用地规划抑制房产价格的方法,以解决中低收入者住房问题.
