摘    要:连续挤压机的shoe夹紧液压系统压力高达59MPa,该压力由一增压器来实现。国产增压器质量尚不过关。而进口件价格高,供货周期长。采取国产化技术改造,用国产超高压油泵系统替代增压器部分,是解决这一难题行之有效的途径。该国产化技术改造方案有两种,分别对两种方案进行了分析,介绍。

Abstract:As the clamping force of shoe in conform extrusion machine reaches up to 69 MPa,an intensifier is designed to realize it.In recent several years,the result of intensifier chinese-built work isn't satisfactory,and theexistent many problems are still difficult to resolve.As the price of imported intenifier is so high and the supply period is so long,the normal production have been seriously influenced.Now Chinese-built superpressue oil pump system is used instead of intensifier,it is an effective method to resolve this problem.There are two schemes of technology innovation,they are analyzed and introduced respectively.
