摘    要:陆梁油田物联网实时监控平台的无效报警处理能力和数据信息维护能力不能满足监控规模快速扩大的生产需求。利用监控平台开放性的特点,关联SCADA与DMS系统对报警处理流程进行优化,完成对措施作业导致的无效报警的屏蔽;采用单井操作功能集中化以及分页、批处理、高亮显示等人机交互优化方式实现对系统信息维护效率的优化。现场应用表明通过屏蔽措施作业引起的监控报警可以将无效报警率降低40%,通过集中单井操作功能和优化人机交互界面可以将信息维护效率提高50%。物联网实时监控平台的优化及应用在进一步提高工作效率和保障生产安全方面具有巨大的潜力空间。

Abstract:The invalid alarm processing capability and alarm data information maintenance capability of the Luliang Oilfield Internet of Things real-time monitoring platform cannot meet the safety production requirements of the rapid expansion of oilfield monitoring scale.Utilizing the openness of the real-time monitoring platform of the Internet of Things,the SCADA system and the DMS system are linked to optimize the alarm processing process,and complete the shielding of invalid alarms caused by measures such as workover and shut-in operations;single well operation functions are centralized and paging Human-computer interaction optimization methods such as batch processing and highlight display realize the optimization of system information maintenance efficiency.Field applications show that monitoring alarms caused by shielding measures can reduce the invalid alarm rate by 40%,and the efficiency of information maintenance can be increased by 50%by centralized single well operation functions and optimized human-computer interaction interfaces.The field application effect shows that the optimization and application of the real-time monitoring platform for the Internet of Things has huge potential in further improving work efficiency and ensuring production safety.
