硅胶负载型茂金属催化剂负载工艺的优化

摘    要:
研究了硅胶负载型茂金属催化剂(1-甲基-3-丁基环戊二烯基二氯化锆/甲基铝氧烷)的制备工艺,讨论了硅胶活化温度、负载温度、搅拌形式、甲基铝氧烷预处理硅胶的用量对催化剂聚合活性的影响。结果表明,采用机械搅拌的方式,在硅胶活化温度为600℃,负载温度为-30℃,n(Al)/n(Si)为3,n(Al)/n(Zr)为50的条件下,所制备的催化剂活性可达5454g/g,聚合物堆积密度为0.36g/cm3。

Abstract:
The loading process of silica gel-supported metallocene catalyst of (1-Me-3-nBuCp)2ZrCl2/methylaluminoxane(MAO) was studied. The effects of activation temperature of silica gel,loading temperature,stirring mode,amount of MAO used to pretreated silica gel on polymerization activity of the catalyst were discussed. The results showed that under the conditions of activation temperature 600℃,loading temperature-30℃,the mole rate of aluminium to silica 3,the mole ratio of aluminium to zircomium 50,the activity of catalyst was 5454g/g and the bulk density of product was 0.36g/cm3.
