摘    要:在Autoconer28型自动络筒机上改变捻接器工艺参数进行了试验,通过分析试验数据表明:对于一定原料、一定纱号的纱线,适中的退捻气压、加捻气压可使结头强力最大;盲目延长退捻时间会使捻接强力争剧下降;延长加捻时间对结头强力影响不大,但会降低络筒机的效率。

Abstract:The change of the processing parameters of splicer on Autoconer 238 automatic winder was tested,the analysis of testing datas showed that,the moderate detwist air pressure and the moderate twist air pressure could obtain the highest knot strength with fixed material and fixed fineness,the blind detwist time delay could rapidly decrease the knot strength,the twist time delay had a little influence on knot strength but could decrease the efficiency of winder.
