单向碳纤维复合材料拉伸力学性能试验研究

摘    要:通过对8组碳纤维试件的拉伸对比试验,研究了材料、粘贴层数对碳纤维复合材料的拉伸强度、σ—ε曲线的影响,并从机理上进行了相应的分析,研究表明:布材主要决定复合材料的力学性能,粘贴层数对其拉伸强度的影响不大,且破坏前材料呈线弹性变化。

Abstract:Based on the tensile test of the test piece,the regularity how the material and the layers effect the tensile-strength and stress-strain curves of CFRP preliminarily are investigated and corresponding analysis with the views of mechanics is maked.The testing result indicates that the material is the chief influencing factor to the mechanical property of CFRP and the layers have little effect on the tensile-strength and the linear elastic variation is sustained before destruction.
