CAN总线在船舶结构安全监测系统中的应用

船舶结构安全监测系统是用于船舶结构应力测量和结构评估的系统,对保证船体结构运行安全具有重要意义。现在应用的船舶结构安全监测系统采用集中串行测量方式,安装操作不便,不能满足实船长期使用要求。以CAN总线作为通信方式构建了分布式船舶结构安全监测系统,为保证数据采集和传输的同步性设计了合理的通信方案;为提高系统的通信效率和可靠性制定了符合实际需求的CAN总线应用层协议和热冗余通信方式。系统开发完成后进行了故障注入法测试,测试结果表明采用热冗余通信方式可以使监测系统在1个通信端口出现故障的情况下仍能够正常工作,增强了系统的鲁棒性。与商品化监测系统进行了对比试验,最大误差小于2%。

Application of CAN bus in ship structure safety monitoring system

The ship structure safety monitoring system is used to measure the ship structure stress and evaluate the condition of the ship structure health, so it is important to ensure the ship structural safety in lifetime of one ship. Currently, the ship structure safety monitoring system can＇ t satisfy the requirement for long term monitoring in ship, because the monitoring system acquires data in serial and centralized method, and it is difficult to install the monito- ring system. The distributed ship structure safety monitoring was designed based on the CAN bus, and the system communication scheme was established for ensuring the real time of acquiring data and transferring data. The appli- cation layer communication protocol and CAN bus network with redundancy online were designed for improving communication efficiency and reliability of the system. After the system was developed, the system was tested and validated by man-made fault, and the result showed that if one communication interface was fault the system still can work. The accuracy of monitoring system was compared with the commercial instrument, and the maximum error was less 2%.
