| 环保型EVA／SBS胶粘剂的研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 主要研究了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)在溶液中的接枝反应,并添加增粘树脂,制备出环保型胶粘剂。分析了EVA加入量、反应温度、反应时间和增粘树脂加入量在相同SBS质量和溶剂的条件下,对胶液性能的影响。研究结果表明:在反应温度80℃,SBS 5g、EVA 7．5g、松香7g,反应时间4h的条件下,得到的胶粘剂性能优异。 |

| Abstract: | Grafting-copolymer reactions between SBS and EVA in solvent were studied. Environmental protection type adhesive was prepared adding the teekifier. The influences of EVA resin,reaction temperature, reaction time and the teekifier on the properties of the adhesive were studied,when the SBS content and solvent type were constant. The results showed that the adhesive had excellent properties when reaction temperature was 80℃,SBS 5g,EVA 7.5g,rosin 7g and reaction time 4h. |
