球磨机中空轴漏浆处理措施的改进设计

针对球磨机运行过程中出现的中空轴漏浆现象,分析了漏浆形成的原因和对设备造成的危害性,讨论了传统的漏浆处理措施设计,同时提出了镶套式维修新思路,并试验应用于球磨机端盖上。实践证明,采用镶套式维修方法处理后的球磨机进料端盖运行稳定安全,有效地延长了进料端盖的使用寿命,取得良好效果。

Improvement of Leakage Treatment for the Hollow Shaft of Ball Mill

During the ball mill operation,there exits the problem of hollow shaft leakage.The causes of Leakage formation and the harm to equipment are analysed.The traditional design of treatment measure for leakage is discussed.And the new method of Inlay is put forward and put into practice.The practice proves that the method of inlay can effectively extend the life of feed cover.
