逆流喷雾干燥塔设计的探讨

摘    要:喷雾干燥塔塔径和塔高常用的计算方法是利用列线图进行图解积分,这种方法计算过程繁琐,误差大。因此,对逆流喷雾干燥塔中雾滴运动微分方程的积分方法和雾滴运动阻力系数的计算方法进行了改进。设计算例表明:设计新方法方便、结果精确、易于编程实现计算机辅助设计。

Abstract:At present, the diagram integral method combined with nomogram was common method to calculate the diameter and height of the spray dryer. This method was loaded down with trivial details, less accurate. The modifications to integral method of fogdrop moving differential equation and calculation method of fogdrop moving drag coefficient were made. The design example showed that the diameter and height of the spray were calculated easily and accurately by new design method. This method can be used in computer-aided design.
